Ensure timely and smooth delivery of services per contractual obligations.
Strategic Growth & Account Optimization:
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor renewals and ensure on-time contract updates.
Maintain accurate CRM and documentation records.
Issue Resolution:
Address client concerns swiftly and professionally.
Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure effective problem-solving.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple B2B accounts in a technical/industrial domain.
Familiarity with wastewater treatment systems and environmental regulations (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
