Sales and Revenue Generation:Setting sales targets for the B2B channel, developing pricing strategies, and implementing sales programs to drive revenue growth through business-to-business transactions.
Marketing Support:Collaborating with the marketing team to develop B2B-focused marketing materials, trade promotions, and industry-specific campaigns to generate demand and support sales efforts.
Team Handling :Providing product training, technical support, and sales resources to B2B channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Market Analysis:Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the B2B segment, and adapting strategies to capitalize on market trends and customer needs.
Channel Performance Evaluation:Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, customer acquisition, and retention rates to evaluate the effectiveness of B2B channel strategies and optimize performance.
