● Oversee performance management and appraisal processes.
● Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
● Handle payroll coordination and attendance management.
● Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development programs.
● Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
● Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
● Coordinate with various departments to support organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 5–8 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
● Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
