We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead critical HR functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in both HR operations and talent acquisition, with a hands-on approach and an eye for process improvement. This role demands a professional who can work independently, manage end-to-end HR responsibilities, and support the company’s growth through people-centric strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Handle employee lifecycle management including onboarding, confirmations, transfers and exits.
• Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and documentation in compliance with labor laws.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and execute the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires.
• Facilitate employee engagement programs and grievance handling.
• Prepare HR MIS, attrition analysis, and manpower planning reports.
• Strong expertise in drafting KRAs and KPIs and conducting evaluation processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS).
• Should be well-versed in preparing and implementing new HR policies.
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment aligned with the company’s culture and values.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment and should be currently working in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law compliance, and employee relations.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment (preferably in technical or midsize setups).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
• Must own a personal vehicle for commute.
• Must be residing in West Delhi or nearby areas (local candidates preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources / business administration / or related field.( Full time and not through any open institute , should be from Regular college )
