Indeed, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.)
3. Screening & shortlisting of candidates by initial CV review.
4. Cold calling the candidates.
5. Conducting Face-to-face interviews or telephonic Interviews.
6. Handling end-to-end recruitment.
7. Coordination with Hiring manager.
8. Reference Check of candidates.
