-:- We are looking for a highly experienced MEP Execution professional to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in project bidding, vendor negotiations, execution, and handover while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Establishment: Build and lead a team for efficient project execution.
2. MEP Project Bidding: Expertise in preparing and reviewing bids for MEP projects.
3. Vendor & OEM Negotiation: Manage and negotiate with vendors and OEMs
to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
4. Project Sequencing & Scheduling: Develop and oversee project timelines, ensuring smooth execution.
5. Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Implement quality assurance and enforce safety regulations on-site.
6. Project Execution: Monitor and control project activities to meet deadlines and deliverables.
7. Project Handover: Ensure proper documentation and smooth transition upon project completion.
8. System Commissioning: Supervise and validate the commissioning of MEP systems.
9. P&L Management: Analyze project financials, ensuring cost control and profitability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
● 15+ years of experience in MEP project execution.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Proven expertise in project bidding, negotiation, and vendor management.
● Knowledge of quality and safety standards in MEP projects.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
