The Meta Performance Campaign Expert will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate high-quality leads for real estate projects. Success in this role means consistently delivering cost-effective leads, improving campaign ROAS, and ensuring strong engagement with the target audience. The role requires expertise in audience segmentation, creative testing, and data-driven optimization to maximize conversions. This position is a key driver of the company’s growth, directly supporting property sales and strengthening the brand’s presence in the competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate qualified real estate leads.
2. Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation, cost-per-lead efficiency, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
3. Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics, interests, and behaviors for property buyers and investors.
4. Design and test ad creatives, formats, and copy variations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
5. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to align campaign strategies with lead quality and conversion requirements.
7. Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI and minimize wasted spend.
8. Set up and optimize tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other tools to ensure accurate lead attribution.
9. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with real estate market trends to identify new opportunities.
10. Stay current with Meta Ads best practices, policies, and algorithm updates to maintain strong campaign performance and compliance.
SPECIFIC SKILLS
Demonstrate strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record of running high-performing lead generation campaigns. Possess advanced knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies specific to real estate buyers and investors. Apply excellent creative testing and optimization skills to improve ad visuals, copy, and formats for higher engagement and conversions. Show proficiency in Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and event tracking to ensure accurate lead attribution and performance measurement. Exhibit strong analytical and data interpretation skills to optimize campaigns based on KPIs like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates. Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI while minimizing cost-per-lead. Understand real estate buyer behavior and use insights to craft compelling ad messaging and offers. Collaborate effectively with sales and creative teams to align campaign goals with business objectives. Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends to maintain compliance and competitive advantage. Possess strong problem-solving skills and agility to adapt campaigns quickly in a dynamic real estate market.
