What you will be doing:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to grasp industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscapes, contributing to informed decision-making.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead Generation:
Proactively generate leads through strategic outreach, networking, and active participation in industry events.
Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets through successful deal closures, demonstrating a proven track record of sales success.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including design and project teams, to ensure seamless communication and overall client satisfaction.
Presentation Skills:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings and their value to potential clients.
Reporting:
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and relevant metrics.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sales and marketing within the design or real estate industry.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Skills:
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
