We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Finance to manage and support our financial systems through SAP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) or SAP S/4HANA Finance, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the SAP financial modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to support business requirements.
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
Ensure accurate configuration and integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Perform month-end and year-end financial close processes and troubleshoot any related SAP system issues.
Support financial reporting requirements including balance sheets, P&L statements, and other internal/external reporting.
Assist in process improvements and automation of finance-related workflows using SAP tools.
Coordinate with internal finance teams and external consultants for SAP updates, enhancements, and audits.
Create functional specifications for system developments and enhancements.
Provide SAP FICO user support and training across finance departments.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial regulations.
Participate in SAP upgrade or migration projects (e.g., from ECC to S/4HANA).
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology (B.Com, M.Com, CA, MBA preferred)
Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience working with SAP Finance (FICO/S/4HANA) in a similar role
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
Experience with SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting)
Familiarity with integration points between SAP modules
SAP implementation or migration project experience (a plus)
