Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about real estate
services.
Explain property details, prices, and payment plans to clients.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Schedule appointments and site visits for prospective buyers.
Assist the sales team in converting leads into clients.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience (real estate
experience preferred but not mandatory).
Education: Graduate in any field.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle client objections and convert inquiries into sales.
